Tell me about your blog

Sep 2005
12

If you read my blog and if you have a blog, tell me about it. I already have a short list of other bloggers who read my blog, but I got them mostly from comments and from blog-search tools like Technorati. I have a list called “Readers” in my RSS feed reader, but it’s still very thin and I’d like to boost it. So leave me a comment or write me an email. Thanks!

I read your blog and like the ‘nuggets’ :)

  2. # Mike Sigers on September 12th, 2005

    Tim,

I’m a subscriber to your feed and we have 11 blogs.

( Email me if you want the whole list )

My personal blog is about the simple ways to sell more, make better use of advertising dollars, learn what real sustomer service is,do a better job with your marketing and how to live by a simpler set of rules.

We teach you how to eliminate the unnecessary, til only the necessary remains.

Simplenomics is the social science that deals with the simple ways to solve a problem, using no scholarly rhyme or reason, only real world, everyday, common sense.

Simplenomics was called common sense, before it disapperaed from everyday life.

I do. But I guess you already knew it :)

    Hi Tim,

Ask and ye shall receive. I actually run two blogs, and neither really overlaps with your own geeky subject matter. Such Shakespeare Stuff is about all things Shakespeare, and Morinfamily (aka Such Stuff) started out as just a personal homepage where I could post pictures and stories about my kids but now appears to be mostly about reviewing reality tv shows :). I try to drop some geeky / RSS / podcasty thoughts in there on occasion, but I’m realistic about who my audience is.

I follow your blog because I’ve been a web programmer for years, and am heavily into all things XML/RSS/Java trying to stay as close to the front of the curve as I can. I think it was your scrappygoo project that got me to you, looking for a way to easily monitor Google for references to Shakespeare in the news. Oh, yeah, thanks for that :).

    TIm,

i think you already know I am a reader (and i have a link ot your sblog from mine), but just in case:
    http://myvogonpoetry.com
From the description: “Ramblings from Brian Pipa…a dad, a geek, and a gamer (not always in that order).” It’s mostly geek stuff, but I diverge into fatherhood issues, music, and other random stuff sometimes.

  30. # Lorelle on September 19th, 2005

I’ve been a fan for a while, but I only see your site through the feeds. Now that I come to actually see the site, the busy look sends me running back to the feed. ;-) It’s clean in spirit but cluttered in presentation. I love the content, though, so I’ll stick to the feed.

I keep track of it for information about WordPress and other technology for my two sites, Lorelle on WordPress and Taking Your Camera on the Road, so your site’s content is of great value. Thanks!

  31. # Carmen Holotescu on September 20th, 2005
