Hosting screw up

Sorry folks, my hosting is sponsored and it got messed up a couple weeks ago. And in the hurry to export my blog, I think I screwed up the database file. I’m still trying to figure out why PhpMyAdmin won’t accept my database file. If anyone knows something about this, please do contact me by my MSN IM: timyang1@hotmail.com
