Ensim is one of the three most popular hosting administration softwares, along with Plesk and Cpanel. But I having used Ensim for few months already, I am prepared to say that I cannot recommend it.
Ensim creates a major spam black hole in its configuration of site accounts. By default, the default email address acts as a catch-all. The reseller control panel cannot be configured to disallow this. So each new accountholder has to manually delete the catchall, or else their space will quickly fill with spam.
Ensim does not allow Internet Explorer to ftp into site ftp accounts -- at least not without a highly complex ftp command.
When creating subdomains, Ensim does not create a virtual server for the subdomain. Instead it updates the Bind record and uses a RE-DIRECTOR. This is of course not Google-friendly at all!
Ensim cannot automatically create a "mail." subdomain that points to the webmail interface for each site account. This is a common practice and has been for years with the other hosting administrator tools, yet Ensim has not caught onto this yet.
