Boxes and Arrows redesign contest winners are horrid
Boxes and Arrows ran a re-design contest a short while ago. And the winners that have been chosen and published are nothing short of boring and disappointing. The winner's design, although very decent, uses a pretty colour scheme that is better described as "over-used". And the runner ups didn't venture any further than the blue colour scheme that Boxes And Arrows already has.
Because of the popularity of the magazine, I'm sure that there must been more adventurous entries. So if there's anyone to blame, I'd say it's the publishers of Boxes and Arrows who have been single-mindedly bent on rewarding the boring.
