rel=nofollow

I like the idea of the new rel=nofollow standard from Google. Popular websites like webmasterworld.com, clickz.com and searchenginewatch.com have been writing about websites, but have refused to put links to the websites so they don't artificially give them higher pageranks.

Now with the ability to specify nofollow in the links, they have no excuse to continue this silly practice -- they're already driving traffic to the site just by talking about the site! It's very annoying when you read articles about websites and there are no convenient link to click!
