The author of traffichelp lists his name only as "Ken". And his first post, he talks about blogexcerpts.com. A whois check of the domain lists the registrant as Ken Tumin. The link is confirmed when you compare the language of blogexcerpts' blog and traffichelp's blog and the close timing of similar posts such as the one regarding the Open Letter to the Democratic Party and you kind of wonder.
