I've been looking at buying templates for websites recently. The most famous places to get them are of course templates.com and templatesresource.com. They have a huge collection of templates that although hasn't been updated recently, are extremely well designed. Of the two, I prefer templates.com -- they use CSS, which is a geek benefit for me. Besides, the better designs at templatesresource.com are extremely pricey.
There are other places to get CSS templates. A lot of places resell CSS templates for templatemonster.com. For example, here, here, here, here and here.
There are of course alternative places like pagekits.com and biz-plates.com that provide nice templates for comparative prices. But for business templates, the other ones are better.
