Scroogle Scraper

Scroogle is an interesting idea for privacy advocates and the web-should-be-free advocates. It's a search engine that scrapes Google results of text ads and other fancy doohickies that Google has such as caches. If you don't need all that, then that's great. But it makes our search results less useful because text-ads, although it helps make Google rich on freely-produced websites, also offer useful information when we look for services and products we want to buy or investigate.
