Torrent tracker
I'm looking for a torrent tracker written in PHP (preferably with Mysql support) that has user registration, user upload, screenshot upload and display, RSS feeds and user commenting. So far, there isn't one.
I need it for a torrent site specialising in TV commercials. There isn't a site for that either.
