Code of Conduct on forums

I started looking for a creative commons licensed code of conduct for forums. And I haven't found one. But I did find a very comprehensive one at searchengineforums.com. A code of conduct is necessary because it lays down ground rules that allow moderators and forum owners to treat problems while remaining above board.
