Zine authors more accountable on the internet
Thanks to website metrics, authors are able to tell when their articles are drawing more attention. And they're being held financially accountable for it. This is an article that compares the quality vs motivation issues of two compensation systems of both Gawker Media and Weblogs Inc. One pays bonus on hits and another pays salaries.
