Critical use of trademarks in domains is permissable
The US Court of Appeals today erred on the side of free speech in a case of domain name registration. It found that a domain with a brand name in it is permissable if it is used in a non-commercial way for criticism. So googlefucked.com etc etc is perfectly alright.
